CONTRACT WITH PETER ACKERMAN,MUNICIPAL COURT PRO TEM JUDGE '
o- WHEREAS, Section 10 of the Tigard City charter provides for the office of Municipal Judge and Chapter '
h > 2.16 of the Tigard Municipal Code provides for the office of Pro Tempore Municipal Judge,and d

WHEREAS,there is a need for pro tem judges to serve when the Municipal Judge is unable to perform "+
ti his duties by reason of absence from the City,illness, vacation, disqualification as provided by ORS a '
221.347,or as specifically determined by the Court Administrator.

WHEREAS,the Tigard City Council now wishes to appoint Peter Ackerman as pro rem judge. y.�;

NOW,THEREFORE,BE I'T RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that

SECTION I: A Personal Services Contract is entered into by mutual agreement of the parties as set `
