A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPROVING PERSONAL SERVICE
CONTRACT WITH MARC ABRAMS,MUNICIPAL COURT PRO TEM JUDGE ? t
t WHEREAS, Section 10 of the Tigard City charter provides for the office of Municipal Judge and Chapter
{ 2.16 of the Tigard Municipal Code provides for the office of Pro Tempore Municipal Judge,and
WHEREAS,there is a need for pro tern judges to some when the Municipal Judge is unable to perform %
.his duties by reason of absence from the City, illness, vacation,disqualification as provided by ORS - .ix3`,*`�

WHEREAS,the Tigard City Council now wishes to appoint Marc Abrams as pro tem judge. :
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:

..SECTION I: A Personal Services Contract is entered into by mutual agreement of the parties as set
form is die attached Personal Services Contract. This Contract will take effect April 23, r0
1996,and upon taking effect shall repeal and replace all prior verbal and written
agreements.
