A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE
TIGARD FESTIVAL OF BALLOONS FOR JUNE 1996 -
� WHEREAS,The Tigard Festival of Balloons committee has requested additional funding for the
expanded June 1996 Balloon event in the amount of$5,000,and
WHEREAS,Such funding is not included in the 1995/96 adopted budget,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:

I Section 1 Contingency in the general fund is appropriated in the amount of$5,000 in the
Community Services Program '
