A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE 1995/95 BUDGET TO ALLOW FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
' PHONE SYSTEM UPGRADE.
i WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that the phone system should be upgraded and
1 expanded to facilitate the changing needs of the City,and
WHEREAS. The 1995/96 adopted budget included$26,500 for the phone system upgrade,and t
# WHEREAS, The proposal from GTE is$33,607; $7,107 greater than the amount anticipated in
the adopted budget,and
WHEREAS, Local budget law allows the City Council to adjust the budget by resolution.

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
