A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIGARD ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR
UTILITY BILLING AND COLLECTION PROCEDURES IN C;,APTER 12.03 OF THE
TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE. � u
WHEREAS, Tigard Municipal Code Chapter 12.03 was adopted to establish policies and
procedures related to the billing and collection of utility 9 Sanitary
fees and charges including
Sewer,Storm Sewer,and Water,and,

WHEREAS, Chapter 12.03 states that related fees and charges will be set by Council
resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: # „
Section 1: Utility billing and collection fees and charges are set as follows:
12.03.030(e)Reconnection charge:
During business hours $25
After hours and on Holidays and Weekends $35
12.03.030(f)Meter Disconnection:
For destroyed lock $10 k ,
Removal,capping off,and reinstallation of meter Time&Materials j
12.03.040(c)Sewer Only Customers
Fee for turnover to County Assessor 3
