A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY FOR REPAIR OF THE CITY
HALL ROOF.
WHEREAS,Alternatives for repairing the leaking roof over City Hall have been reviewed and discussed
by the City Council at their December 6,1995 meeting,and,
WHEREAS,The Council desires to proceed with the repair of the roof at an estimated cost of$60,000,
which was not included in the 1995/96 Adopted Budget,and,
WHEREAS,Such a budget adjustment can be made by resolution of the governing body.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the T.gard City Council that:
Section 1: General fund contingency is reduced by the amount of$60,000 and general capital projects
appropriations are increased by$60,000. /1
