RESOLUTION NO. 95-�156
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE BUILDING
APPEALS BOARD
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 95-21, adding Chapter 2.09 to the TMC to establish the Building
Appeals Board, was passed by Council on October 10, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.09.020 of the TMC provides for the fourteen members of the board to
be _appointed by the Mayor,subject to confirmation by the Council,for a term of four years;and
WHEREAS, Section 2.09.030 of the TMC provides for the qualifications of the board
membership; and
WHEREAS,the Mayor has appointed the fourteen members of the board pursuant to Sections
2.09.020 and 2.09.030 of the TMC;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that the Council confirms
the following appointments to the Building Appeals Board for a term of four years:
Allen Mitchell General Public Member
Robert Pike Oregon Disabilities Commission Representative
Gane Birchell Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue District Representative
Hawk Au General Contractor-Commercial
Russ Leach, A.I.A. Registered Architect
