RESOLUTION NO. 95-114
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY A DEDICATION DEED TRANSFERRING TITLE OF A RESERVE ACCESS STRIP
TO THE PUBLIC.
WHEREAS, reserve access ships have been dedicated to the City of
Tigard at the ends of various streets; and,
WHEREAS, when streets are extended, the reserve strips need to be
dedicated to the public for street right of way purposes; and,
WHEREAS, street extensions have been authorized by the City in the
location shown in Exhibit
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. The Tigard "_ty Council hereby authorizes the City
Administrator to sign a Dedication Deed dedicating a
reserve access strip to the public for street purposes.
A copy of the deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "1" and
incorporated herein by this reference.

The City of Tigmd.a municipal comoration does hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way
for street,road,and utility purposes on,over,across,under,along,and within the fo?lowing described real
properties in Washington County,Oregon:
Being that parcel described as Tract"A"Castle Hill recorded in book 82 Page 31-35 of
Washington County Subdivision Records,
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and purposes
hereinabove stated.
The grantors hereby covenant that they are the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all liens and
encumbrances,they have good and legal right to grant their right above-described,and they will pay all
taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.
The true consideration for this conveyance is$-944-. However,the actual consideration consists of or
includes other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
