A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A ',,ARRANTY DEED
DEDICATING RIGHT OF WAY FOR 72ND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, in 1993, property was acquired by tlie City of Tigard for the
purpose of constructing improvements to 72nd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds that a portion of the property is
required for public right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City of Tigard hereby dedicates to the public the
property described in the Warranty Deed. A copy of the
deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Section 2: Further, the Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the
City Administrator to sign the Warranty Deed.

purposes hereinabove stated.
The grantors hereby covenants that they arc the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all liens
and encumbrances,they have good and legal right to grant their right above-described,and they will pay
all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.
The true consideration for this conveyance is$0.00. However,the actual consideration consists of or
includes other property or value given or nromised which is the whole consideration.

Beginning at a point on the east right of way of S.W. 72nd Avenue
which bears N 01' 43' 5811 E a distance of 276.21 feet from the
Southwest corner of said lot 6 Fruitland Acres; thence N 01° 431
58" E, along said east right of way, a distance of 132.60 feet to
the Southeasterlv right of way of S.W. Pacific Highway 99W and a
point on a curve to the left; thence along said curve to the left
with a radius of 1462.50 feet a delta of 001 02' 13" ( a chord
which bears N 531 33' 48" E, 0.94 feet) and a length of 0.94 feet;
