RESOLUTION NO. 95-5LO
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING REVENUE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR A WETLANDS
PLANNING GRANT FROM THE DIVISION OF STATE LANDS.
WHEREAS, The Division of State Lands has awarded a grant to the City of
Tigard in the amount of $12,000 to provide funding for the development
of a wetlands, goal 5 planning program, and,
WHEREAS, Local budget law allows for the budgeting of such grants by
resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Federal Grant revenue is recognized in the general fund in
the amount of $12,000
Section 2: Appropriations for Long Range Planning are increased by
12,000.
