R2=7TiON AMENDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF A HEARINGS OF=ICER FINAL ORDER IN THE
TTER OF MIS 95-W12/SUB 95-0002/SLR 95.OL t (FORAN SUE-01VISION)
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Hearings Officer conducted a public hearing on June 26, 1995 and issued a sinal
Order on July 1ty,1995;and
WHEREAS,the City of Tigard City Council conducted a public hearing on September 12, 1995 and finds that the
ar-4nded conditions are in accordance with City standards;and
WHEREAS, the appeal and amendments have received a recomrnendation of approval by the Community
Developm3nt De
and
W7iEREAS,the Council adopts the findings related 4o the amended conditions 35 contained in the Staff Report to

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESO',LV��[3 by the Tigaro City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Tigard City Council hereby approves the appeal and amended conditions subject to the
condition,n tho Hamriiga Oii;,yr=ire 1ar as arra ded harair,.
SECTION 2: The Tigard City Council further orders that the Hearings Officer's final order be amended as follows:
1. Condition of approval number 1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. Full width strnyet improvements including: traffic control devices, mailbox dusters,
cone rete sidewalks,driveway aprons, curbs,asphaltic concr�,te pavement, sanitary
sewers, storm drainage, streetlights, and underground utilities shall be installed
within the subdivision. Improvements shall be designed and constructed to Iocs1

2. Condition of approval number 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. The applicant shall revise the final plat to provide for a half-street connectivity to the
south. The improvements shall provide for a 14 foot wide roadway, curb and
