A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-01 -TO ESTABLISH A FEE FOR
EXPEDITED REVIEW MINOR LAND PARTITIONS AND SUBDIVISIONS AND SETTING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,Section 3.32 of the Tigard Municipal Code grants the City Council the authority to set
rates for fees and charges by resolution;and
WHEREAS,Section 3.32 also establishes a set of policies reiatir�y-^10-016 caiculaiion of costs;and
WHEREAS,State House Bill 3085 eras passed by the 1995 State Legislature to create changes in
4d-,..;local land use process;and
RJMfHERE AS, House Bill 3L85 reauirod that within 120 days of the effective date of the law
(September 9, 1995)local governments establish a fee for expedited land divisions calculated to
recover the estimated full cost of processing an application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE iT RESOLIV ED vy the Tigard r`aty Council that:
Section 1: Resolution No.91-01 is hereby amended to establish a fee of$1472 for an exp&1ited
minor partition,a fee of$1525 plus$5 per lot for an expedited subdivision and a fee
deposit of$300 for an appeal of an expedited review decision to the City s appointed
lana use referee.
Section 2: This resolution shall b3 effective immediately upon approval.
