Resolution No. 95-12 CITY OF TIGARD, OIREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 95-1a
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN SEVERAL FUNDS FOR UPGRADES AND
IMPROVEMENTS CITY COMPUTER NETWORK SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City computer network is in need of improvement, upgrade and
stabilization to facilitate increased use and increased capabilities due to
the continuing progress of technology; and,
WHEREAS, such expenditures for improvements and upgrades were not anticipated
in the 1994/95 budget; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to make such improvements and upgrades at this
time to ensure the integrity of the system for use by staff and citizens.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency is appropriated as follows:
General fund 29,600
Sewer Fund 23,200
Storm Fund 12,800
Water Fund 8,000
State Gas Tax 4,000
County Gas Tax 2,400
Total 80,000
Funds are appropriated for Computer systems in the following
funds:
General fund 29,600
Sewer Fund 23,200
Storm Fund 12,800
Water Fund 8,000
State Gas Tax 4,000
County Gas Tax 2,400
