A RESOL UJ'I'ION OF TIME TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TO WWII4'UDRAW A PROPOcAL FOR A
COMPREHENS11 VE PLAN AMENDMENT(CPA 94.0002)AND ZONE CHANGE(ZON 94-0002)
ON 99 PARCELS TO'T'ALING APPROXIMATELY 58 ACRES WITHIN TIME TIGARD TRIANGLE
AREA.
WHEREAS, the City Council commissioned a report in July of 1991 to examine a range of
development alternatives for the Tigard Triangle area;and
WHEREAS,the Tigard Planning Cornmiscion conducted a public hearing for the above proposal
at its meetings of June 20 and July 18, 1994,and recommended denial;and
WHEREAS,the Tigard City Council heard the above proposal at it meeting of January 24, 1995.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Council withdraws from consideration CPA 94-0002 and ZON 94-0002.
