RESOLUTION NO. 95-
A RESOLUTI^N OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON DESIGNATING THE
CITY MEMBERS ON THE iNTERGOVERNMENTA I, WATER BOARD
WHEREAS, on December 28, 1993, the Tigard City Council entered into
Intergove::-nmental Agreements with the Cities of Durham and King City,
Oregon and the Tigard Water District for Water Services. (Resolution Nos.
93-64, 93-65 anu 93-66); and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council appointed Mayor John Schwartz to serve
as the City's member to the Intergovernmental Water Board; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council appo=nted Councilor Paul Hunt to serve
as the City's alternate member to the Intergovernmental Water Board
(IC-B); and
WHEREAS, Mayor John Schwartz is no longer serving on the Tigard City
Council ma%ing it necessary for the City Council to review the
designations for membership to the IG;B.
NO`I, -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: 'F�4 V L H V adz- is designated as the
City's member on the Intergovernmental Water Board
da Created under Section 3 of the Agreement to serve until
December 31, 1995.
Scyction 2: � �iof\S-F is designated as the
City's alternate member on the Intergovernmental Water
Board Created under Section 3 of the Agreement to serve:
until December 31, 1995.
