A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO .THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Harry Saporta and Joe Schweitz terms on the Planning Commission
have expired and they are not interested in reappointment; and
WHEREAS, Shel Scolar and Crzffith have xnressed intter—- in g@ruing
on the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee met with Shel Scolar
and Jim Griffith on November 14, 1994: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Shel
Scolar and Jim Griffith be appointed to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Shel Scolar be appointed to a four year term on the
Planning Commission that expires on December 13, 1998.
Section 2: Jim Griffith be appointed to a four year term on the
Planning Commission that expires on December 13, 1998.
