RESOLUTION NO. 94-5-;�,
A RESOLUTION INITIATING ANNEXATION TO T14E CITY OF TICAP.D OF THE TERRITORY AS
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND OUTLINED IN EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED. (2CA 94-11, WERT)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard held a public hearing on November
22, 1994 to consider the annexation of one parcel consisting of approximately
0.46 acres located at 13970 SW Bull Mountain Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed annexation constitutes a minor boundary change under
Boundary Commission Law ORS 199.410 to 199.519; and
WHEREAS, ORS 199.490(1)(a) gives the governing body the authority to initiate a
minor boundary change by adoption of a resolution; --and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City Council., pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(a) hereby initiates
proceedings for annexation of the territory described in exhibit "A"
and outlined in exbi`vit "n' to the City of Tigard.
Section 2: TheCity Counciil hereby approves the proposed annexation and
requests the Portland Metropolitan.Area Local Government Boundary
Commission to approve and effect it as soon as possible; and
Section 3: The City Recorder is hereby directed to £i-le certified copies of the
resolution with the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government
Boundary Commission at once.

A tract of land situated in the Southeast one-quarter of the
Northwest one-quarter of Section 9, Township 2 South, Runge 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, Washington County; Oregon Also described as
Lot 7 Inverness described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of lot 7 Inverness, recorded in
Book 29 Page 32 of the Washington County Subdivision Records;
thence S 86° 20' 0011 W, along the north line of Inverness, a
distance of 100.64 feet to the northwest corner of said 'lot 7;
thence S 00' 08' 07" W, along the east line of said lot 7, a
distance of 185.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot 7;
thence S 89' 51' 53" E, along the south line of lot 7 inverness,
a distance of 116.33 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 7 and
a point on a curve to the left; thence along said curve with a
radius of 2949.37 feet, a delta of 311 40' 50" and a length of
189.46 feet to the point of beginning.
