CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 94-50
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING REVENUE AND ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS FOR
SEVERAL GRANT PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has been awarded several grants totaling
$98,'780 for certain improvements and for a wetlands study, and:
WHEREAS, ORS 294.323 (2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the Governing Body, and;
NOW, THEP.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
`'Section 1: Grant revenue in the amount of $39,850 is recognized in
the General Fund and $58,930 in the State gas tax fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are approved as follows:
General fund
Long range planning $12,500
General Capital Projects $27,350
State Gas Tax fund
Capital llProjects $58,930
