RESOLUTION NO. 94- 1�
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE.HOMELESS TASK FORCE FOR THE CITY
OF TIGARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES ESTADLISHED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 94-38
WHEREAS, City Council established the Homeless Task Force at their
August 23, 1994, City Council meeting upon unanimous approval of
Resolution No. 94-38 (Exhibit "A°'); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Council Direction, City Staff is hereby

Homeless Task Force.
NO::, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. The terms of appointment shall expire on or before
November 2, 1994, unless extended by action of the City
Council, or upon completion of the Task Force's assigned
responsibilities described in :Resolution No. 94-38
(Exhibit "A").
Section 2. The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve
on the Homeless. Task Force:

Section 3. Council Liaison to the Homeless Task Force shall be
Councilor Paul Hunt.
Section 4. Police Chlef's designee to the Homeless Task Force shall
be Sergeant Chuck Martin.
