A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR ASSISTING
THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN THE FUNDING OF A LEADERSHIP SEMINAR SERIES
WHEREAS, the adopted 1994/95 budget for the general fund did not include
the assisting of the Chamber in the funding of a leadership seminar

WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council and the Chamber of Commerce have
entered into an agreement whereby the City will assist the Chamber in
the funding of a Leadership Seminar series, and,
WHEREAS, local budget law allows the appropriation of contingency by
Council resolution,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency in the general fund is appropriated as
follows:
Policy and Administration 1,625
General Fund Contingency (1,625)
