CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 94--a23_
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPIMMNTAL BUDGET FOR 1993/94.
WHEREAS, ORS 294.480 (1) (a) allows a supplemental budget when
conditions exists that were not known at the time of budget preparation,
and
WHEREAS, several expendit:Ares were delayed from the 1992/93 fiscal year
into the 1993/94 fiscal year consisting of certain equipment purchases,
and
WHEREAS, Audited beginning balances for related funds are greater than
anticipated due to the delay in certain expenditures, and
WHEREAS, Costs for City Attorney services have been greater then
anticipated due to unexpected litigation, and
WHEREAS, The advertising requirement for supplemental budgets less than
10% in each fund have been met in accordance with local budget law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Resources shall be recognized as follows:
General Fund - Beginning balance $ 73,693
Storm Sewer Fund - Beginning balance $ 28,970
State Gas Tax Fund - Beginning balance $ 35,530
County Gas Tax Fund - Beginning Balance S 2.050
Total $140,240
Section 2: The following appropriations are approved:
