Resolution No. 94-13 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 94-J_3 _ A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISY,ING MINIMMM TERidS FOR THE SALE OF A VACANT _ PARCEL OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON MCDONALD STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY. WHEREAS, Resolution 93-20 dated April 27, 1993 authorized the sale of this property by sealed bid at a minimum price of $43,200; and WHEREAS, a sealed bid sale was advertised and held on May 28, 1993 at which no bids were received; and WHEREAS, the Council's intent remains to dispose of this surplus property and recoup the principal amount of outstanding assessments and as much of the outstanding interest as possible; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: Section 1: The minimum acceptable price for the property described above shall be re-established at $35,000, and another sealed bid sale shall be held. Section 2: If no acceptable bids are received, the Finance Director is authorized to list the property with a broker in accordance with TMC 3.44.015(H) . Section 3: The Finance Director is authorized to negotiate and to sign documents on behalf of the City to complete the sale .transaction. Section 4: The Finance Director is authorized to apply the net proceeds from the sale first to principal, then to interest in the Bancroft Debt Service fund. Any assessment interest remaining after all net proceeds have bea . applied shall be written oft and discharge. PASSED: Thisdna day of ��7Q,f� s 1994.
