A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING a ,p4 NIT r; &RDU,ED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD FOIR THE
DEVOLOPMENT OF A WETLANDS ATTRIBUTES ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has been awarded a grant of $12,500 from the
Division of Stat_ Lands to provide funding for the development of a
wetlands attributes assessment and planning program, and;
WHEREAS, ORS 294.323(2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the Governing Body, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenue in the amount of $12,500 is recognized in
the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations in the General Fund are approved as
follows:
Long Range Planning $12,500
