CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 94-_O-a>
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING A GRANT AWARDED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD FOR
REPLACEMENT OF THE COOK PARK DOCK AND GANGWAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has been awarded a grant of $4,338 from the
US Department of Fish and Wildlife to partially fund the replacement of
the Cook Park dock and gangway, and:
WHEREAS, ORS 2.94.323(2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the Governing Body, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenue in the amount of $4,338 is recognized in
the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations in the General Fund are approved as
follows:
General Capital Projects $4,338
