CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 93- (o$
A RESOLUTION CREATING THE WATER GENERAL FUND, THE WATER CAPITAL PROJECTS
RESERVE FUND, THE WATER SDC FUND AND THE WATER DEBT SERVICE FUND, AND
APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR 1993/94.
WHEREAS, the City will be assuming the operation of the Water activities
of the Southeast Washington County Joint Water Agency (JWA) on January
1, 1994 upon the expiration of the JWA on December 31, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to comply with local budget law by recognizing
revenues and establishing appropriations for water related activities
for the remainder of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to set up the appropriate funds to account for
water related activities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that.-
