C^ A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE COUNTY FOR THE BULL MOUNTAIN
ROAD PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard and Washington County have entered into an '
agreement whereby the County will provide funding for and the City will
manage the Bull Mountain Rd project, and:
0 WHEREAS, ORS 294.326(2) provides that funds received for a specific
purpose may be recognized and appropriated by resolution approved by the
Governing Body,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1.: The Finance Director s*±all establish the Bull Mountain Rd
Improvement fund in the General ledger. The fund will
exist for the duration of the project and until such time
as all surplus funds are returned to the County.
Section 2: Revenue in the Bull Mountain Rd Improvement fund is
estimated as follows:
MSTIP funds $500,000
�.{ Interest Earnings $ 15,000
Section 2: Appropriations in the Bull Mountain Rd Improvement Fund
are approved as follows:
Capital Projects $515,000
