RESOLUTION NO. 93-44
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING A GRANT AWARDED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD FOR
REPLACEMENT OF THE BOAT DOCK AT COOK PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has been awarded a grant of $13,012 from the
State Marine Board for replacement of the boat dock at Cook Park, and:
WHEREAS, ORS 299.323(2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the Governing Body, and;
NOW, THEPEF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant in the amount of $13,012 is recognized in
the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations in the General Fund are approved as
follows:
General Capital Projects $13,012
