RESOLUTION NO. 93- 43
�^ A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING DEBORAH HINTON TO
THE BUDGET COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, Deborah Hinton has been serving on the Budget Committee and;
WHEREAS, her term has expired and;
WHEREAS, ORS 294.336(5) requires that:
"The appointive members of the budget committee shall be
appointed for terms of three years. The terms; shall be
sx-aggered so that one-third or approximately one-third of the
terms of the appointive members end each year;" and
WHEREAS, Deborah Hinton has expressed an interest in reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Deborah Hinton is hereby reappointed to the Budget
Committee to a term that expires -on June 30, 1996.
