A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING DOUG SEXTON TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Doug Saxton has been serving on the Planning Commission and;
WHEREAS, his term has expired and;
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.08 of the Tigard Municipal Code which sets forth
regulations governing the Planning Commission does not prohibit
reappointment to a second year term and;
WHEREAS, Doug Saxton has expressed an interest in reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Doug Saxton is hereby reappointed to the Planning
commission to a term that pires on August 10, 1997.
