RESOLUTION NO. 93--2-2-
IN
3-:2ZIN THE HATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF A FINAL ORDER UPON CITY COUNCIL REVIEW OF AN
APPEAL OF A BEARINGS OFFICER DECISION TO APPROVE A SUBDIVISION APPLICATION (SUB
,I 93-000j) PROPOSED BY MR. TONY BONFORTE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Land Use Hearings Office= reviewed the application
s
at a public hearing on March 15, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Hearings Officer approved the application subject to certain
conditions; and
WHEREAS, this matter came before the City Council at its meeting of April 25,
1993 upon the appeal of the Beaverton School District No. 48; and
WHEREAS, the Council reviewed the evidence related to the appeal; it
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that the requested
appeal is DENIED and the HeavinSn Officor•a decision is upheld based upon the j
facts, findings, conclusions, and conditions o£ approval noted in Final Order SUB
93-0001 and by subsequent documentation presented at this hearing and by
reference made a cart hernolf-
The Council further orders that the City Recorder send a copy of this Resolution
to the applicamt as a notice of ..ha final dociaio n in this matter. `e
