\_�_ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER TO SIGN AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF OREGON FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK ON
CASCADE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, T. Michael and Associates have been required to construct
sidewalk along a portion of SW Cascade Avenue, a City street; and,
WHEREAS, T. Michael and Associates have requested that the State
construct the improvements, in order to provide better coordination with
a State project proposed in the same vicinity; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared providing for the improvements,
for the sharing of costs, and for the use of City right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized and
directed to sign, on behalf of the City, Cooperative
Improvement Agreement No. 11231 with the State of Oregon
authorizing construction of sidewalk improvements within
the right of way of Cascade Avenue.
