Resolution No. 92-47A CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO.92-4-77x.
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING REVENUE FROM A DLCD URBAN GROWTH
MANAGEMENT GRANT AND APPROPRIATING GRANT FUNDS FOR PLANNING
CONTRACTS.
WHEREAS,the City desires to enter into a contract with a consultant to develop a specific area
plan for the Tigard Triangle;and
WHEREAS, a grant has been awarded to the City for such a plan by the Department of Land
Conservation and Development in the amount of$25,000;and
WHEREAS, neither the area plan nor the grant were contemplated in the 1992/93 adopted
budget.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenue is recognized in the amount of$2,000 in the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations of$25,000 are approved in the General Fund for advance
planning contracts.
