A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING MSTIP II REVENUES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE
PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR BICYCLE PATHS.
WHEREAS, the City desires to make certain bicycle path improvements to Fanno Creek Park
and the Greenway system;and.
WHEREAS, the City applied to the County for MSTIP 11 Funds set aside by the County for
bicycle paths; and,
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement for matching MSTIP If Funds for bicycle
paths, and such funds were not included in the 1992/93 adopted budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Ser-lion 1: Revenue in the amount of$54,800 is recognized in the Park Improvement
fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are approved in the amount of$54,800 for bicycle paths in
the Park Improvement Fund,
