RESOLUTION NO. 92- ?
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE STORM SEWER FUND FOR THE #
MAIN STREET CAPITAL IMPrinVEMENT PROvECT.
WHEREAS, the adopted 1992/93 budget for storm sewer capital improvements
did not include the Main Street project, and,
WHEREAS, during preliminary design of the Main Street road project,
inspections revealed that the associated storm sewer system should be
replaced during construction, and,
WHEREAS, local budget law allows the appropriation of contingency by
Council resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency in the storm sewer fund is appropriated as
follows:
Storm sewer capital improvements: $ 20,000
Storm sewer contingency (20, 000)
