2- 5A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
BUDGET COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the individuals listed below have been serving on the Budget
Committee ar.d;
WHEREAS, the terms have expired for service on these committees and;
WHEREAS, ORS 294.336(5) requires that:
"The appointive members of the budget committee shall be
appointed for terms of three years. The terms shall be
staggered so that one-third or approximately one-third of the
terms of the appointive members end each year." and
WHEREAS, the following individuals have expressed an interest in
reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following individuals are hereby reappointed to the
budget committee as follows:
