CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 92-!
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING GRANTS AWARDED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD FOR
BOAT RAMP MAINTENANCE AND TREE PLANTINGS.
WHEREAS,the City of Tigard has been awarded a grant of$2,500 from the State Marine Board
to maintain the Cook Park boat launch area,and a grant of$5,850 from the State Forest Service
and Small. Busi nass Administration for tree planting in Fanno Creek Park, and,
WHEREAS, ORS 294.323 (2) provides that such grants may be recognized and appropriated
by resolution approved by the governing body, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenues in the amount of$8,350 be recognized in the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations in the General Fund are approved as follows:
Park Maintenance $2,500
General Capital Projects $5,850
