A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING GRANTS AWARDED TO THE CITY OF TIGARD FOR PARK
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has been awarded several grants for the
Purpose of constructing specific par;: improvements as follows:
CDBG # 3410 Englewood Park Handicap Access $10,284
CDBG # 3432 Cook Park Handicap Access 12,500
Marine Board Cook Park Waterfront 12,133
ODOT Cook Park Waterfront 812
Fish and Wildlife Cook Park Waterfront 27,754
TOTAL: $63,483
WHEREAS, ORS 294.323 (2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the governing body, and
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenues in the amount of $63,483 is recognized in the
Park Levy fund.
Section 2: Appropriations in the Park Levy fund-Capital Projects in the
amount Of $63,483 are approved.
