RESOLUTION NO. 92-%
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE INVESTMENT LIMIT IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
INVESTMENT POOL FROM$10,000,000(TEN MILLION)TO$20,000,000(TWENTY MILLION)
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORS 294.810 (2).
WHEREAS, the City regularly invests surplus funds in the Local Government Investment Pool
which are currently limited to $10,000,000 (ten million), and,
WHEREAS,the City from time to time has more than$10,000,000 (ten million)that it wishes to
invest in the Pool, and,
WHEREAS,ORS 294.810(2)allows the investment limit to be increased to$20,000,000(twenty
million) by a resolution of the Governing Body,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1:
The Local Government Investment Pool limit is hereby set at$20,000,000 (twenty million).
