RESOLUTION NO. 92-12
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JACK SCHWAS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, There is a vacancy on the planning Commission created by the
resignation of Judy Fessler; and
WHEREAS, Jack Schwab has indicted an interest in se--wing on the Planning
Commission: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that Jack Schwab be appointed to fill the
Planning Commission vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Jack Schwab be appointed to fill the Planning Commission
position vacancy created by the resignation of Judy
Fessler.
Section 2: Jack Schwab's term on the Planning Commission shall
expire October 31, 1
