A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPR`u.'NT BLOCK
GRANT FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE STATE GAS TAX FUND
FOR THE METZGER SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the funding for the Metzger Sidewalk construction project
awarded to the City in the form of a Community Development Block
Grant has been increased by $26,500, and,
WHEREAS, the City's share of the project is $11,800,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Grant revenue in the amount of $26,500 is
recognized in the General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are approved as follows:
General Capital Projects
General Fund $ 26,500
State Gas Tax Fund 11,880
Contingency (11,880)
