RESOLUTION NO. 92- V
A RESOLUTION INITIATING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TIGARD OF THE TERRITORY AS
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND OUTLINED IN EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED. (ZCA 91-19) (WISE)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard hold a public hearing on January
28, 1992 to consider the annexation of a parcel consisting of approximately 0.95
acro located at 12287 S.W. Lansdowne Lane; and
WHEREAS, ORS 199.490(1)(x) gives the governing body the authority to initiate a
minor boundary change by adoption of a resolution; and
WHEREAS, the proposed annexation constitutes a "minor boundary change:" under
Boun.e3ary Commission Law 199.410 to 199.534; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City Council, pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(a) hereby initiates
proceedings for annexation of the territory legally described in
sxhibit "A" and shown in exhibit "B" to the City of Tigard.
Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the proposed annexatia¢ and
requests that the Boundary Commission approve and effect it as soon
as possible.
Sect ion 3: The City Recorder is hereby directed to file certified copies of the
resolution with the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government
.Boundary Commission.at once.

Beginning at tYaa Northeast corner of Lot 15 0£ the Fyrestone
Subdivision, a recorded plat in the Washington County Plat Records
in Book 73 Pages 12 and 13, (said beginning point being on the
existing city limits of the City of Tigard); thence South 0"2215211
West along the east line of said Lot 15 and extension thereof, 231
feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Fyrestone Subdivsion;
