WHEREAS, his terun has expired for service on NPO#5;and
WHEREAS, Bill Bieker has expressed an interest in reappointment.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Bill Bieker is hereby reappointed to NPO #5 for a four ,year term to expire on
December 31, 1996.
