o A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING A STATE TRAFFIC GRANT RECEIVED BY TREE CITY OF

WHEREAS, the City of Tigard was awarded an Oregon Department of
Transportation Traffic Safety Grant in the amount of $52,215 in
September 1991 to be used for DLIII enforcement, and,
WHEREAS, ORS 294.323 (2) provides that such grants may be recognized and
appropriated by resolution approved by the Governing Body, and
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: I�
Section 1: Grant revenue in the amount of $52,215 is recognized in the
General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are approved as follows:
Community Services Program
Police-Traffic
Personal Services $39,125
Materials and Services 3,000
Capital Outlay 10,090
TOTAL: 552,215
