RESOLUTION NO. 92-0)
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING INSURANCE PROCEEDS FOR DAMAGED CITY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, damages to City park property and facilities resulting from j
vandalism amounted to $4,753; and
WHEREAS, insurance proceeds in the amount of $3,753 were received to
compensate the City for such damage; and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.455 allows for the appropriation of such proceeds by
resolution of the governing body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Revenue in the amount of $3,753 is recognized in the
General Fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are approved as follows:
General Fund
Community Services Program
Park Maintenance $3,753
