RESOLUTION NO. 91-7-7-1
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A CITY COUNCIL DECISION TO UPHOLD A PLANNING
COMMISSION DECISION TO APPROVE MB DEVELOPMENT MT. HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION,
CASE NUMBERS SUB 91-0009, PDR 91-0004, VAR 91-0012, MLP 91-0003.
WHEREAS, the above application was submitted for approval by the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Commission reviewed the application at a public hearing on
September 23, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Commission found the application maintains viable
transportation options accordj_ng to the Tigard Comprehensive Plan
Transportation Map and approved the application subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Commission's decision on appeal
by Neighborhood Planning Orgar_1zat-ion No. 3 at a public hearing on
November 26, 19 91.
WHEREAS, The City Council found that topographical conditions precluded
a viable connection of a minor collector street through this subdivision
to the east.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Sec.tiu% 1: The Planning Commission decision is .hereby upheld.
Section 2: This decision is based on the facts, findings and
conclusions listed in the Planning Commission final order
for SUB 91-0009/PDR 91-0004/VAR 91-0012/SLR 91-0002/MLP 91-
0003 and that the application maintains viable
transportation options compatible ceith Note 2 of the
Comprehensive Plan Transportation Map.
