A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY FOR I14PRO'6'E:MENTS TO THE PROPERTY
AND BUILDING PURCHASED FROM TIGARD ELECTRIC.
WHER;�AS, the City of Tigard owns property adjacent to City Hall and
wishas to use the building and property for City purpose-., and;
WHEREAS, certain improvements to the propFrty and building must be made
in order to complete occupancy, and;
WHEREAS, the 1991/92 adopted budget did not include sufficient funds to
complete improvements as estimated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency is transferred as Follows:
General Fund
Capital improvements $48,000
State Gas Tax Fund
Capit l Improvements $10,000
