Resolution No. 91-68 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON { RESOLUTION NO. 91-_Lo _ A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT A PORTION OF S.W. 109TH AVENUE BE DE:;IGNATED AS AN ELIGIBLE FACILITY UNDER WASHINGTON COUNTY TRAFFIC INIPACT FEE ORDINANCE NO. 379 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-22 of the TigaN City Council approved an amendment to the Tigard Comprehensive Plan Transportation Map providing for the realignment and extension of. SW 109th Avenue to intersect Pacific Highwav opposite the existing intersection of Royalty Parkway and designating Sty 109th Avenue as a minor collector street; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the purpose of the proposed extension of SW 109th Avenne between Naeve Street and Pacific Highway is to mitigate traffic impacts of future development on the surrounding street system, including Pacific Highway; and, WHEREAS, the Cit_- Council finds that the portion of the proposed extension of SW 209th between Naeve Street and Pacific Highway should be designated as an eligible facility and an eligible project under the Washington County Traffic Impact Fee Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: Sectior 1: The Tigard City Council requests that Appendix "D" (Base Report) of the Washington Countv Traffic Impact Fee Ordinance No. 379 be amended to include the portion of SW 109th Avenue extension between Naeve Street and Pacific Highwav as an eligbile facility in Table 2 of the Base Report and as an eligible project in Table 4 of the Base Report. c ..PASSED: This v of ���j 1991.
