RESOLUTION NO. 91-- 13
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council has expressed its desire to commission a
review of the franchised waste haulers financial recon-as, reports and
operations, and;
WHEREAS, funds for such review were not included in the 3-991/92 adopted
budget, and;
WHEREAS, O.R.S. 294.450 provides that such appropriations can be made
from contingency by resolution of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Contingency is transferred as follows:
General Fund
Policy & Administration Program
Materials & Services: $10,000
Contingency ($10,000)
