y RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING CONTINGENCY IN THE SANITARY SEWER AND STORM
SEWER FUND
WHEREAS, recent OSHA safety requirements require the use of certain
shoring equipment when trenches more than five (5) feet deep are dug,
and
WHEREAS, to continue with the sanitary sewer and storm sewer maintenance
program, the City must purchase the required equipment, and
WHEREAS, the adopted 1991/92 Budget did not include appropriations for
the purchase of such equipment,
WHEREAS, O.R.S. 294.450 provides that such appropriations can be made
from contingency by resolution of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
