RESOLUTION NO. 91 2-_M
A MSOLUTION INITIATING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TIGARD OF THE TERRITORY AS
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND OUTLINED IN EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED. (ZCA 91-12)

WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Tigard held a public hearing on May 21,
1991 to consider the annexation of two parcels consisting of approximately 6.06
acres located north of S.W. Bull Mt. Road between S.W. 126th Avenue and S.W.
133rd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ORS 199.490(1)(a) gives the governing body the authority to initiate a
minor boundary change by adoption of a resolvition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed annexation constitutes a "minor boundary change" under
Boundary Commission Law 199.410 to 199.534; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that this annexation be processed by the
expedited method without the study, public hearing, and adoption of a final
order; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may request that the proposed annexation be approved
without the study, public hearing and adoption of a final order as authorized by
ORS 199.466.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City Council, pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(a) hereby initiates
proceedings for annexation of the territory outlined in exhibit "A"
and described in exhibit "B" to the City of Tigard.
Section 2: The City Council requests the Boundary Commission to approve the
proposed annexation withoutstudy, public hearing and adoption of a
final order as required by ORS 199.461 and authorized by ORS
199.466; and
Section 3: The City Recorder is hereby directed to file certified copies of the
resolution with the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government
Boundary Commission at once.

thence North 89'36' East 1303.01 feet and South 0'29' East 1096.8
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 89'311 West 365
feet; thence South 0'29' East 371.5 feet; thence North 89'31' East

beginning at the Southeast corner of the above desc.-lbed Parcel 2,
